Find the stock.
Understand the number.

A stockroom view built around the way a bakery works.

Fictional demonstration. Nothing is sent, booked or saved.

Where was it scanned?

Blue marks the last scan. Not live tracking.

When should we reorder?

See the calculation

Reorder point = daily use × (delivery days + 2 buffer days). Suggested order = 14 days of use. This simple estimate assumes steady demand and does not include open orders, spoilage or storage limits.

Synthetic records. No ERP connection, live tracking or purchase order.

Where is the warehouse busy?

Every scan has a location. Count them and the floor lights up: black means no scans in this sample, then green, yellow and red as a bay gets more scans.

Fictional warehouse floor, aisles A to H by bays 1 to 12, each bay coloured by its scan count.

Type a bay like D7 and a number of scans.

    What it shows

What this would be for a real warehouse

We read the scan export your system already makes (a spreadsheet or CSV is enough), count scans per location and draw this map daily. No new hardware. The finding text is worked out from the counts, so it changes when the data does.

    Three tanks, run by rules.

Sensors read each level. The rules start and stop the pumps and open and close the valves, with guards so nothing runs dry or overflows. Try a pump failure.

    No alarms.

The rules, and what this means for a real plant
    1. Pump 1 starts when Mix is under 30 % and Raw is over 15 %; it stops at Mix 85 % or when Raw falls to 5 % (dry-run guard).
    2. Pump 2 starts when Finished is under 40 % and Mix is over 15 %; it stops at Finished 90 %, at Mix 5 %, or on a fault.
    3. The inlet valve closes at Raw 95 % (high level) and reopens below 85 %.
    4. The outlet valve closes at Finished 3 % (low level) and reopens above 10 %.

For a real plant we write and test rules like these in software first, show them running, and connect to the readings you already collect for monitoring and alerts. Control code on live equipment and safety systems stays with your equipment maker or integrator.
